So, is the website really free to build?
Yes. There’s no upfront design or build fee. You pay £39 a month for your live website, hosting and ongoing care. It’s a paid monthly service with a £0 build cost, so you can get a professional website without a large initial bill.
What kind of businesses is this for?
Independent businesses, local services, creatives and people starting something new. If you need a polished website to introduce what you do and help people get in touch, let’s talk. Online shops, complex booking systems and other specialist features need a separate conversation about scope.
What do you need from me?
A little about your business, your services and your customers. If you have a logo, photos or existing website, those help too. We’ll work out what’s missing together and agree the content before we build.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. Keep your domain in your own account and we can help connect it. If you need a new one, we’ll help you choose. Domain registration and renewal are separate from the £39 monthly website service.
What happens when I need a change?
Get in touch. The plan includes help with content changes and ongoing technical maintenance. We agree the included update allowance before you sign up. Larger additions, new functionality and redesigns are scoped and priced with you first.
How long does it take, and what are the terms?
We agree a realistic schedule once we know what you need and what content is ready. Before you commit, you’ll receive the full scope, payment start date, contract length, cancellation terms and website ownership details in writing. Sending an enquiry doesn’t start a subscription.
